All SMB Disability Solutions employees meet high standards of care and training, as well as share the values of compassion and love for people, set by Steve and Marita Buehler. The staff receives monthly training as well as all training required by the Department of Human Services and must pass a criminal background check.

A close, supportive environment, good communication, and recognizing the value of each staff member are all important parts of taking care of SMB's most valuable resource - our people. Our team approach to providing care and creating a family-like environment make SMB a great place to work. We are fortunate to have a very low turnover rate among our staff which is a notable benefit to the individuals we serve because it provides more stability and consistency in their lives.
