What population do you serve?

We serve youth and adults with brain injuries, mental health conditions, chemical dependency, and other physical and neurological disabilities such as stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Asperger's, and autism.

 
 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of payment methods including, but not limited to, private pay and county waivers, such as CADI, TBI, or DD.

 
 

Do you accept people from other counties?

Yes! We accept people from other counties for all of our programs.

 
 

Does your staff have any specialized training?

All SMB Disability Solutions employees are required to complete specialized training. We provide our staff with monthly training opportunities that relate directly to their position and the people served. This training may include, but is not limited to, the following topics:
 

  • Brain Injury

  • Mental Illness

  • Leadership Training

  • Behavioral Redirection and Coping Skills

  • Wellness Training

  • Professional Boundaries

 
 

How often will we be informed of our family member's status and progress?

Each person and their care team have different desires for the frequency of updates. This will be determined case by case based on the requirements of the individual and their team.

 
 

Are the bedrooms furnished in the Residential Support Services homes?

We can furnish the room if needed (bed, dresser, and nightstand), but you may also bring your own furniture.
