SMB provides employees with the option to enroll in BlueAccess HSA Silver (Mayo & OMC) or High Value HSA Silver (OMC only). Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for these health benefits and SMB pays 75% of the employee’s monthly premium.

SMB offers full time employees Basic Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit of 1 times your annual salary up to $100,000 at no cost to the employee.
All employees have the option to purchase additional voluntary life insurance.

SMB provides employees working 30 hours or more per week with a short and long term disability insurance plan that pays 60% of weekly income up to $1,500 at no cost to the employee.

Allstate Accident Insurance
SMB offers full time employees and their immediate (spouse and children) family a low cost accident insurance plan that pays out cash benefits directly to the employee in the event of costs incurred by accidents ranging from ambulance rides, ER visits and X-rays to joint dislocations, bone fractures and burns.

Allstate Critical Illness and Cancer Insurance
SMB offers all full time employees & their immediate family (spouse and children) Critical Illness & Cancer insurance that pays a cash benefit directly to the employee in the event of critical illnesses such (but not limited to) as heart attack or stroke as well as cancer, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

SMB offers employees working 30 hours or more per week the opportunity to enroll in a dental plan. SMB does cover 50% of the employee only premium.

SMB provides the opportunity for full time employees to enroll in low cost vision coverage through Mutual of Omaha.

SMB currently offers a $400 referral bonus to any employee who refers someone to come work at SMB after they reach 90 days of employment.
