A great Administration Manager will:
Love operations. If your idea of a perfect workday includes company audits, policy and procedure maintenance and completing Department of Human Services licensing paperwork, look no further.
Be financially focused. Billing for services will be an important part of your work.
Care about equipping people. From leading mandatory training and new employee orientation to managing payroll and answering the phone, you are filled up by leading and coaching people.
Be tech-savvy. Implementing new software or cloud-based programs is better than pizza as far as you’re concerned.
You Are:

Over 18 with a High School Diploma or GED
Able to pass a criminal background check and provide a few references
